Director, US Omnichannel/Digital Engagement

Biogen seeks a Director of US Omnichannel/Digital Engagement to lead brand launch strategies using AI-powered customer engagement tools. This role bridges digital capability and brand strategy, overseeing end-to-end omnichannel execution across HCP and patient touchpoints while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand launch strategy into omnichannel plans including journey mapping and channel optimization
- Design and build launch-ready HCP and patient experiences aligned with brand objectives and competitive dynamics
- Serve as primary omnichannel/digital architect, guiding brand teams on experience design and channel appropriateness
- Own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement against brand objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media, operations, decision science, and IT for compliant implementation
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years omnichannel/digital engagement experience in pharmaceutical or biotech
- Proven expertise leading omnichannel launch strategies with decision engine platforms
- End-to-end omnichannel planning, execution, and performance accountability for brands
- Working knowledge of AI-driven next-best-action frameworks and personalization
- Strong ability to influence senior leadership and build partnerships across functions
- Strategic and analytical mindset with solutions-oriented approach and attention to detail
