Family Medicine Physician

Sanitas Medical Center in Boca Raton, Florida, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) fluent in English and Spanish. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive, outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics, within a collaborative care environment. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)

Shift & Schedule

• Monday‑Friday schedule, 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM
• No weekends
• No on‑call responsibilities

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship‑building skills
• Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered primary care
