Senior Account Specialist II

We are seeking a qualified Senior Account Specialist II located at our Montevallo, Alabama facility, or at our Lufkin, Texas facility. This position manages assigned customer accounts by handling a variety of pre/post sales functions to ensure the highest quality of customer service.Principal Responsibilities:Manages contract customer accounts $15m and above annuallyAdvanced Inventory management and reviewManage Advanced Consignment Inventory with 15 or more locationsPerforms target reviews for customersUnderstands supported contract and adheres to requirementsAbility to run interpret complex analytical reports and reconcile discrepanciesLeads customer/internal meetings when necessary The ability to work overtime/storm response when necessaryProactively puts together and understands complex price adjustmentAssists with RFQ's for assigned contract customers Prioritize incoming emails and tasks to meet deadlinesAdvanced Microsoft office Suite skillsComplete Master Data requests as neededAdvanced Power BI skillsAnticipate the requirements needed to support the RSM's/Directors Travel as needed for customer relations or inventory counts 15%Proactively communicates pertinent information with cross functional teams and Supervisor as required Ability to communicate with customersAssist with special projects as neededReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.Qualifications: Education: Associate degree (A.) or equivalent; or four or more years related experience and/or trainingExperience: Five or more years customer service experience; four or more years industry knowledge; inventory management knowledgeKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Advance proficiency in Microsoft SuiteStrong organizational skills, proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detailCapability to multi-task and work under pressure of deadlines Ability to work in a team environment and interface interdepartmentallyDemonstrated ability to review RFP’s and to identify business issuesAbility to make sound decisions with minimum supervision and delegates effectivelyAbility to build strong working relationships and have an excellent customer service record#STELLAUSSE1JobFamilySalesPayTypeHourly
