Plainfield, IN | $20/hr | Monday-Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Keep the facility running smoothly by maintaining and repairing equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and work hands-on with conveyors, stretch wrappers, and carton erectors
• Perform preventive maintenance across the distribution center
• Handle general facility upkeep-patching, painting, hardware repairs, and replacements
• Support cleanliness and upkeep of the building and surrounding grounds
• Jump in on miscellaneous maintenance tasks to support daily operations

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Interest or experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance practices
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Some Saturdays required based on workload

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• 1 year demonstrated experience in facilities maintenance, preferable in distribution center
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving aptitude
• Working knowledge of safety protocols for electrical, mechanical and maintenance work
• You have a good work ethic, coming to work every day and on time
• You are able to work with a diverse group of people
• You are energetic and self-motivated

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

* General warehouse experience

* Ability to have good communication skills both written and oral

* Must have reach truck experience or being open to learn
