If you enjoy working with people, take pride in providing excellent customer service, and want to be part of a mission-driven organization, we would love to meet you.What You'll DoAs a Culinary Aide / Server, you will play an important role in supporting our residents' health and well-being by:Serving meals, snacks, and beverages to residentsTaking food and drink orders in the dining roomAssisting with food preparation and presentationWashing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipmentMaintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining areasAssisting with food storage and inventorySupporting special events and community gatheringsHelping ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standardsCreating a positive dining experience through friendly, respectful serviceWhat We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates will have:A passion for serving seniors and providing excellent customer serviceHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (bilingual is a plus)Food service experience preferred (healthcare or senior living experience is a plus)Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to cleanliness, safety, and qualityRequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to obtain or maintain a Food Handler Certification (we can help!)Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain (we can help!)Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Current TB testAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screeningThe above statement reflects the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered a detailed description of all work requirements that may be inherent in the job.We are an Affirmative Action Equal Opportunity Employer for all individuals.
