The center streamlines patient flow, elevates outcomes, and delivers an excellent surgical experience from pre-op to PACU. Responsibilities The Operating Nurse Room Manager will oversee daily OR operations, staffing and scheduling, clinical quality and infection prevention, surgeon relations, and continuous improvement. The Operating Nurse Room Manager will be supported by clinical educators, charge leaders, and a friendly team of nurses, surgical technologists, anesthesia professionals, and interdisciplinary partners whose diversity, professionalism, and teamwork create a collaborative culture where patients and caregivers feel respected and empowered.
