- 24-hour call coverage required
- 15 - 20 patients per day
- 75% outpatient, 25% inpatient
- Average 2 - 3 hospital admits per day across surgeons
- Primarily adult population -- less than 5% pediatric
- Bread and butter general surgery -- upper and lower endoscopy
- Leave coverage
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
- Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
