Marketing Director

We are seeking a Marketing Director to be responsible for the firm’s marketing, branding, and public relations infrastructure. This role partners closely with firm leadership to shape and execute strategy, while overseeing the team responsible for bringing the strategy to life. What You’ll Do Develop and execute marketing strategy, plans, and budget with firm leadership Oversee all PR, Marketing-Communications staff Own MBH's brand: graphic standards, messaging, campaigns, and brand expression across all platforms Oversee public relations efforts and photography Lead development and strategic evolution of collateral, proposals, website, and social media Support internal teams such as business development and recruiting Research target markets, clients, project typologies, and demographics Evaluate and improve marketing tools and systems Ensure quality control across all marketing production; maintain confidentiality Minimum Qualifications Senior Marketing Management: Progressive experience in marketing with experience managing a team of direct reports Industry-Specific Knowledge: Experience working in the AEC industry RFP response: Experience leading complex RFP/RFQ responses, including content creation, layout design, and coordinating multiple senior stakeholders Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in visual communication tools (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) with an eye for graphic design and layout Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, architecture, or a related field is nice to have Benefits 100% Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k Profit Sharing Paid Holidays, Vacation, Volunteer and Sick Time OffCommuter Benefits Flexible Spending Accounts Company sponsored Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance Professional development stipend Hybrid work stipend, office snacks, and monthly lunches About MBH Architects MBH Architects offers the best of both worlds: the resources of a top-tier firm with the supportive culture of a close-knit team.
