Associate Director of Marketing & Business Development Regular Full time Management Tarzana, CA, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 2117 Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $145,000.00 Annually Position Title : Associate Director of Marketing & Business Development Department : Business Development Position Summary Tarzana Treatment Centers (TTC), a leading nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider, is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing & Business Development to support payer relations, contract management, and revenue growth across managed care, private insurance, and private pay services. Qualifications 3 to 5 years’ experience in Substance Use and Mental healthcare business development, managed care contracting, or payer relations Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Ability to work cross‑functionally and present data to leadership Knowledge of primary care a plus Bachelor's degree or above.
