About the Role

As aHome Performance Sales Representative, youll meet face-to-face with homeowners to identify comfort, energy loss, and efficiency issuesand present real solutions that save money and improve their home.

This istrue in-home sales. Youll inspect attics, ductwork, and ventilation systems to gather real, visual proof of problems. These inspections are a core part of the sales process, giving you credibility, trust, and powerful close tools.

You wont be guessing. Youll be showing homeowners exactly whats wrongand how we fix it.

Youll also receivehands-on coaching and ongoing support from experienced top performers to help you sharpen your close rate and maximize income.

This role is physically active. You must be comfortable climbing ladders, entering attics, and walking roofs or crawl areas when needed. Safety training is provided.
