As a skilled CT Technologist, you'll work with advanced technology-featuring Seimans 128 slice scanners and the EPIC electronic medical record system. This position ensures you remain at the forefront of your field, strengthening your resume with valuable technical and patient-care experiences. Expect to work among supportive colleagues while honing your knowledge through direct patient interaction and modern imaging protocols.


Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week (days, specifics discussed during interview)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No call requirements
• Weekend details will be discussed during the offer/interview

• ARRT certification required
• Minimum of 1+ year CT technologist experience
• Proficiency operating Seimans 128 slice CT scanners
• Radiologic Technology Certification preferred
• CT registry highly desirable
• Flu vaccination required (with possible exemptions, November 1-April 1)

• Perform a variety of imaging exams and procedures with a focus on patient safety
• Operate state-of-the-art imaging equipment
• Position and immobilize patients to ensure quality scans
• Apply ALARA and "Image Gently" principles
• Maintain high standards in image quality assessment and post-processing
• Serve as a patient advocate, recognizing urgent medical needs and initiating support
• Practice aseptic techniques and maintain IV skills for CT procedures
• Support ordering of appropriate exams, considering clinical data and patient safety
