This assignment offers a unique opportunity in the Operating Room, primarily supporting neuro and general surgery, including frequent utilization of advanced technology such as DaVinci Xi robotics. You'll broaden your competencies while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams that use a range of innovative workplace practices and leadership styles, boosting both your clinical skills and your résumé. Schedule/Hours

• Day shifts: 4x10-hour shifts (36 guaranteed hours per week)
• Limit of 3 Fridays or Mondays off within a 6-week schedule
• Call rotation approximately every 6-7 days, with occasional late shifts as needed

• Active RN license and minimum one year of recent experience in Neuro surgery within the operating room
• Required: BLS (AHA only)
• Experience with DaVinci Xi Robot, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning, including general/urology/gynecological and orthopedic surgery (including arthroplasty)
• Flexible, collaborative personality and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to assist with a variety of surgical cases

• Serve as the Circulating RN for general, neuro, urology, gynecological, and orthopedic surgeries
• Perform comprehensive perioperative patient assessment, planning, and evaluation
• Advocate for patient safety and satisfaction at every step
• Utilize hospital-provided scrubs (OR/black only)
