Production Team Lead

Production ManagerSupervises, coaches, and trains Production Associates to ensure efficient operation of machines through work planning and assignment, job set-up, material selection, tool, machine and facility maintenance and problem solving.Essential Functions:Leads, manages and holds accountable all direct reports. Monitors efficiency and productivity to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
