Senior Federal Project Manager - Payroll Systems & Cloud

Customer Value Partners, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery for NIH’s federal time-and-attendance system, supporting ~17,000 users and real‑time leave balances with biweekly timecard transmission to payroll.
You will own scope, schedule, cost, backlog, and oversee O&M, enhancements, and modernization efforts. The role requires 10+ years in IT project/program management, 3+ years managing federal applications, and Federal EPLC/Agile delivery experience.
