Impactful Job Coach for I/DD Employment

YAI is seeking a dedicated Job Coach (Employment Training Specialist) to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their employment goals across Westchester, Rockland, and Orange Counties. You’ll provide job coaching, on-the-job training, and regular workplace visits, including virtual meetings when needed. You will support person-centered plans, arrange and document meetings with Care Managers, and travel to worksites to collaborate with employers and care teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
