Mitigation Technician

Mitigation Technician (Pueblo Territory) Remote position with 2-3 days per week in the Colorado Springs office. Benefits Competitive salary: $22-25 per hour OT + On Call Bonuses Weekly Pay Schedule PTO & Sick Pay Medical, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance Training and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Inventory and loading of work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment, etc.) Set up staging area and equipment for each project Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines and Crew Chief instruction Relay customer needs and concerns Perform end‑of‑day/end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites clean and orderly Qualifications Experience in heavy lifting, running machines/equipment, cleaning/ janitorial work, construction/restoration, and/or general labor Valid driver’s license Great attitude and excellent customer service skills Willingness to be on call occasionally for 24-hour emergency services Flexible for some night and weekend work Flexible work from home options available.
