Estate Planning Attorney – Los Angeles, CA SR Staffing is recruiting for a senior litigation and estate planning attorney for a leading AM LAW 200 law firm in Los Angeles. The role focuses on high‑net‑worth client advising, tax strategy, and advanced trust documents. The incumbent will work closely with partners to manage complex estate planning matters, provide strategic tax guidance, and build long‑term client relationships. Base Pay Range $250,000 – $325,000 per year (plus bonus and equity potential). Key Responsibilities Independently advise clients with $20M+ in assets on estate, trust, and tax matters. Prepare and review advanced trust documents, wills, and related legal instruments. Provide strategic tax guidance and coordinate with tax partners. Build rapport with clients, partners, and partners’ staff. Prioritize workload efficiently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Required Qualifications MUST HAVE – Prior experience as an estate planning attorney. Ability to independently advise high‑net‑worth clients. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with various legal documents and estate planning strategies.
