Job Details

Job Duties:
Draft and revise estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related documents.

• Prepare customized estate planning documents based on client objectives and attorney direction.
• Conduct legal research regarding trusts, estates, tax, and California law.
• Review existing estate plans and recommend revisions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to ensure documents accurately reflect client objectives.
• Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 3-5+ year of legal experience in estate planning, trusts, probate, or related experience strongly preferred.
