Manage complex cases, including ELBW, ECMO, and therapeutic cooling. Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to develop treatment plans. Participate in neonatal resuscitation, transport, and specialized interventions. Support and educate families while ensuring quality patient outcomes. Utilize advanced neonatal technology such as high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapy. What You Need: Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) license in Nevada or eligibility to obtain Minimum of 2 years NICU experience preferred Current BLS and NRP certifications Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care and ventilator management Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting About the Assignment: Join a nationally respected, high-acuity Level III NICU at Sunrise Children’s Hospital in Las Vegas.
