Hybrid Experienced Professional Personal Assistant for CEO in Las Vegas NV and Scottsdale AZ

We are now hiring an experienced Professional Personal Assistant (must have significant experience to apply) to be the right hand to our CEO. Our leader needs someone who has his back! Must have an OPEN SCHEDULE - Must be available flexible hours - even nights AND weekends. This is a Hybrid position (some in person work required but not all) who resides in Las Vegas, NV. or Scottsdale, AZ. All applicants must have at least 2 years personal assisting.

Applicant MUST be professional (attire / personal), extremely organized, have phone etiquette, have reliable transportation and be on time.

Qualified person will be able to handle all of this, including but not limited to:

• Schedule / confirm appointment calendar
• Client/Investor relations
• Personal Shopping
• Dealing with Sensitive Financial Information
• Purchase / serve lunches and snacks
• Coordinate automobile appointments, maintenance, and car washes
• Coordinate & assist with children's schedule
• Order nutritional supplies online, i.e. vitamins, protein shakes
• Liaison for rental properties and tenants
• Act as liaison for HOA matters
• Coordinate hobbies, (i.e. golf, fishing, bicycling), equipment repair & maintenance
• Run daily errands, (i.e. dry cleaner, bank, etc.)
• Receive and sort mail
• Proficient knowledge of researching items on the internet
• Scheduling travel arrangements
• Managing household vendors (contractors, housekeepers, pool cleaners, etc.)
• Microsoft Professional Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Document Filing
• Set Hours / occasional flexibility on special projects

You should also be:

• Able to understand and meet deadlines
• Able to prioritize workload
• Able to type 75+ wpm
• Highly organized
• A Dependable Hard Worker
• A Strong Verbal and Written Communicator

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
