Account Coordinator Overview

Pratt Cold Chain Technologies is looking for an Account Coordinator to manage the day to day requirements for our strategic customers. This is a position on the ground floor of Pratt Industries' newest and most exciting start up division. The Account Coordinator will be expected to manage over $50MM in annual revenue across multiple highly strategic accounts. This is a fast paced role requiring the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work cross-functionally within the department. This role will be directly responsible for accepting and confirming customer purchase orders, confirming inventory availability, coordinating freight, ensuring on time and in full delivery, as well as invoicing accuracy. The Account Coordinator position will have daily interaction with Pratt's internal facilities, manufacturing, inventory and logistics teams. The Account Coordinator will also have daily interaction with our customers' facility managers and purchasing teams, and will provide rapid responses (<30 minutes) to all customer inquiries and needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Processing Customer Purchase Orders
• Confirming Inventory Availability
• Confirming On Time and In Full (OTIF) Shipments
• Invoicing Price and Quantity Accuracy to Purchase Order and Adjustments
• Coordinating Outbound Freight and Delivery
• Customer Service and Rapid Response
• Data Integrity
• Provide Rapid Responses to all Customer Tactical Needs (order needs, order changes, freight questions, etc.)

Required Skills

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Intermediate computer skills | Web, WMS, CRM and Reporting

Intermediate MS Excel Skills

Strong Math/Algebra Skills

Problem Solving and Critical Thinking

Required Experience

2+ Years in Customer Service Role or Direct Customer Facing Role

Bachelor's degree a plus

Experience in the packaging industry, logistics or distribution industry preferred
