Account Coordinator II

We are looking for an Account Coordinator II in our Atlanta office who will assist our account management team in the day-to-day activities of servicing our accounts, including helping manage projects, assisting in development of deliverables, and enuring timelines are met.

• Support the lead project manager with planning and maintenance of project schedules, documentation, and risk identification and mitigation, as needed.
• Maintain a full understanding of account status, deadlines and deliverables
• Produce meeting minutes, conference reports, call summaries, and other client deliverables
• Assist account management team in day-to-day contact with client contacts
• Maintain a full understanding of account status, deadlines and deliverables
• Manage client and internal timelines
• Support internal and external meeting preparation, participation, documentation, and follow-up
• Assist in daily activities for several of our key clients
• Coordinate among agency departments and offices, including research/planning, creative, and media departments to ensure smooth development and implementation of campaigns
• Communicate client needs thoroughly and effectively, and be a reliable source of information about client marketing needs
