Overview
Registered Nurse – ER travel assignment in Fort Bragg, California. Specialty: Emergency Department. Start date 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,129 to $2,282 per week. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department following established standards of care and the nursing process
- Assess patients, document findings, develop and modify care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and respond to acute emergencies with appropriate protocols
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, supervise assigned nursing staff as needed, and communicate with physicians and treatment teams
- Facilitate patient and family education, participate in discharge planning, and ensure safe transitions of care
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and infection control, while complying with regulatory requirements and clinical policies

Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications required
- TNCC certification preferred
- BSN degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER/acute care experience
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced ER setting and to participate in a travel assignment
