This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. We are excited for you to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Demonstrate safe work habits and knowledge of safety rules while performing job functions Follow through on verbal and written work orders as directed by supervision Ability to safely use hand and power tools, use personal protective equipment, and maintain job site safety Perform a variety of related millwright duties at various job sites as required. For example: Troubleshooting and repair of plant and process related equipment Preforming preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Installation and repair of pumps: centrifugal, diaphragm, vacuum, high pressure Installation and repairs of overhead cranes Installation and repairs of hydraulic systems Other duties as assigned Why you? Basic Qualifications for Level 2: High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years additional education and/or related experience. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance Basic understanding to read and interpret blue prints. Basic experience with overhead cranes, overhead doors, process equipment maintenance Safety First attitude. Detailed oriented and a preference for hands-on craft work. Actively engage in continuous improvement efforts. A strong work ethic that demonstrates initiative and ambition to become proficient in all job duties Ability to work in a team environment. Must be a U.S. citizen Basic Qualifications for Level 3: High School diploma or equivalent and 4+ years additional education and/or related experience. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance Ability to read and interpret blue prints. Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range: $48,400.00 - $80,600.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $57,500.00 - $95,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
