Administrative Executive

Meyzer Business Advisory Pte Ltd

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support the day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of the company. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Candidates with basic knowledge or prior exposure to corporate secretarial matters will have an added advantage. Key Responsibilities General Administration Manage daily office administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow Handle correspondence, filing systems, document management, and record maintenance Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and maintain calendars Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders Monitor office supplies, procurement, and facilities maintenance Support travel arrangements and logistics coordination when required Assist in preparation of internal reports, presentations, and documentation Operational Support Assist management with scheduling, follow‑ups, and task coordination Maintain proper documentation and process tracking Support onboarding documentation and HR administrative matters Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive corporate information Corporate Secretarial Support (Preferred Exposure) Assist with preparation and filing of statutory documents with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) Support maintenance of statutory registers and company records Coordinate board resolutions and corporate documentation Assist in annual filing deadlines and compliance documentation Liaise with external corporate secretaries, auditors, and regulators when required Requirements Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Corporate Administration, or related field 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience preferred Basic understanding of Singapore corporate secretarial requirements is advantageous Familiarity with ACRA filings and statutory compliance processes is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently Professional, discreet, and dependable Preferred Attributes Prior experience supporting financial services, fund management, legal, or professional services firms Exposure to compliance documentation and regulatory correspondence Comfortable handling confidential corporate records What We Offer Competitive remuneration package Professional growth and exposure to corporate operations Collaborative and professional working environment Opportunity to gain exposure to corporate governance and regulatory processes Application Process Interested applicants are invited to submit their resume, expected salary, and earliest availability.
