Company Website: Job Description Provide daily school‑related support for families Translate and summarize school emails, announcements, and related documents for parents and students Assist with school‑related matters such as leave applications, school activity registrations, and school system administration Assist students with school applications, document preparation, and submission processes Handle general administrative duties and documentation Perform other duties assigned by the company when required Requirements Proficient in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with a predominantly Mandarin‑speaking customer base.
