IT Executive

Provide timely, high-quality IT hardware & technical support for up to 10 clubs & the Head Office. Coordinate procurement & implementation of IT equipment, services, & software; manage inventory, asset tracking, & software licensing reconciliation. Monitor daily backup routines & basic network health/security. Support planning of IT budget, equipment lifecycle, & replacement needs. Manage external vendors & outsourcing contracts for IT projects & services. Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, manage capacity, & optimise system performance, reliability, & efficiency. Partner closely with management to recommend cost-effective technology solutions (hardware/software). Conduct checks & audits on usage of IT equipment & software to ensure proper functionality & efficiency. Identify needs for upgrades, configurations, or new systems & report recommendations to your reporting manager. Maintain IT assets in good order (proper storage, write-off/disposal, CAPEX tracking). Handle purchase & renewal of hardware/software, domain name, & SSL certificates. Perform other assigned IT duties, including after-office-hours support for project rollout or maintenance when required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in IT or related discipline, with 2 years experience Working knowledge of: Server maintenance (basic) Firewall fundamentals (basic) Microsoft 365 (M365) administration Active Directory (AD)
