Key Responsibilities Manage and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders efficiently Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders on delivery schedules, order tracking, and inventory requirements Source and evaluate vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely delivery Monitor purchasing activities, supplier performance, and contract compliance Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, pricing lists, and purchasing documentation Resolve issues relating to shortages, delayed shipments, and order discrepancies promptly Support departments with sourcing activities, market research, and vendor recommendations Conduct vendor evaluations and maintain strong long-term supplier partnerships Ensure procurement practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements Identify process improvements and new technologies to streamline procurement operations Requirements Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement functions Familiar with SAP systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Independent, organised, and able to work effectively within a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Recruit Express
