We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Management Executive to support data management, research, and administrative work in the areas of operations planning, policy, and regulatory review. Key Responsibilities Data Management and System Enhancement Consolidate, clean, and maintain data records. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Maintain detailed documentation of data cleaning criteria, processes, and assumptions. Develop and improve data management processes. Support the development and implementation of consolidated databases and dashboards for monitoring and reporting purposes. Research and Policy Support Support research activities related to operational policy and regulatory reviews. Gather and analyse information from various sources to support policy and operational decision-making. Prepare research summaries, reports, and related documentation. General Support Provide administrative and coordination support as required. Undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements Qualifications and Skills At least a diploma in a relevant field Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis functions. Data visualisation skills will be an advantage. Strong written English and report-writing abilities. Systematic, meticulous, and organised in work approach. Experience in records management is preferred. Able to perform basic statistical analysis and identify trends.
