Job Description

Supervise and direct mechanical and electrical technicians in the maintenance shop. Conduct daily debrief meetings and provide coaching and counseling to technicians on performance and corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with Human Resources and management for hiring and termination decisions. Conduct employee training and performance evaluations and make recommendations for merit increases, promotions, and job changes. Conduct Quality Control inspections and track issues to ensure all work is completed according to safety and compliance procedures and regulations. Oversee maintenance shop inventory to ensure necessary equipment and parts are maintained within budget. Review and approve expenses within the approval level and refer larger expenses to the manager. Manage repair diagnostics on complex matters and provide coaching as needed. Maintain advanced knowledge of all equipment to manage preventive and corrective maintenance functions. Manage routine external service providers and contracts related to equipment.

Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
