ABOUT THIS ROLE

Schedule:

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday! This is a primarily desk-based job with the opportunity to make connections in local high schools and salons during recruitment visits.

Day-to-Day:

As our Student Enrollment and Admissions Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our admissions process. Your day will involve following up on leads, nurturing relationships, and walking potential students through their journey to join the Paul Mitchell family. You'll handle a lot of phone and text communication, meticulously organizing and tracking your progress to meet our enrollment goals. Whether you're giving tours or speaking at high school career fairs, you will be representing the Paul Mitchell brand and making a difference in students' lives.

Qualifications:

• Sales or recruiting experience
• Admissions experience
• Great computer skills
• Highly organized
