Injection Molding Operato $17/hr. 5:30pm-5:00am Monday-Wednesday Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Rubber Injection Molding Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate injection molding equipment to produce high-quality rubber components according to customer specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate rubber injection molding equipment to manufacture parts to customer specifications Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects Troubleshoot molding issues and make adjustments to ensure product quality Clean and prepare equipment between production runs according to company standards Count, sort, and package finished products Follow all written work instructions, production schedules, and verbal directions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Adhere to all safety and quality procedures Requirements: Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10+ hours per shift Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic molding defects Ability to accurately count, sort, and complete production documentation Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience is preferred but not required Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance Snelling Staffing DFW
