DaVita is seeking a flexible, quick-thinking Float RN to provide life-sustaining dialysis care.In this fast-paced, collaborative role, no two days are exactly the same. You'll rotate between two clinics working directly with diverse patient populations.What You'll Do:Embrace variety: Float seamlessly between two clinics, bringing your expertise where it's needed most.Deliver critical care: Provide specialized outpatient dialysis treatment.Collaborate broadly: Partner with diverse DaVita clinical staff across different locations to ensure seamless patient transitions.Drive quality: Monitor patients, adjust treatments, and ensure top-tier clinical outcomes.Lead on the go: Support and oversee patient care alongside Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in ever-changing environments.What to Expect as a Float RN:Dynamic scheduling: Daily schedules and locations may change based on patient needs, giving you the variety you crave. Shifts include regular shifts and every other Saturday.Comprehensive paid training: No prior dialysis experience required!
