Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to manage patient flow throughout our clinic and assist providers with patient care across all age groups (infants to geriatrics). In this collaborative role, you will perform delegated clinical tasks, communicate effectively with the healthcare team, and work closely with clinic leadership to meet department goals.

• Hourly Pay Range: $22.23 – $27.37 (dependent upon years of experience).

Role-Specific Requirements

For Medical Assistant Candidates:

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Training: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (e.g., ABHES or CAAHEP) OR graduate of an RMA program with on-the-job experience and a passing score on the RMA Certification exam.
• Experience: Previous clinical setting experience is required.

For LPN Candidates:

• Licensure: Must hold an active Minnesota Practical Nurse (PN) license at the time of submission.
• Experience: Previous clinical setting experience is required.

Required Certifications & Qualifications (All Candidates):

• X-Ray Credentials: Must provide proof of passing an X-Ray Operator's examination.
• Life Support: Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
