Resident Advocate - Overnight & Evening Support

Missions Inc. Programs is seeking an experienced Resident Advocate for Smith Lodge in Plymouth, MN. The role focuses on providing a safe, healing environment and critical support to residents with substance use challenges. The position requires strong communication, confidentiality, and de-escalation skills, with opportunities to lead evening activities and assist with transportation.
