Regional Director, Facilities ManagementThis leader will oversee and lead the facilities management for five hospital regions and multiple locations across the St. Louis area.OverviewBJC HealthCare is one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States, delivering services to residents primarily in the greater St. Louis, southern Illinois and southeast Missouri regions. Directs the preparation, authorization, and execution of capital projects and is accountable for cost, schedule, and functionality of the projects through completion of construction. Ensures that all major capital projects are supportive to the strategic direction and needs of the HSO. The Director facilitates the strategic planning process for the HSO.ResponsibilitiesManages individuals including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets.
