TEST- Operator I
CITY OF TOLLESON
The City of Tolleson is seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Wastewater Operator I. The primary function of an employee in this class is to learn to perform technical operations, maintenance, and repair of Wastewater Treatment Plants and associated equipment. Incumbents work with certified operators under close supervision. The duties below are intended as an illustration of the types of work that may be performed, and are not exhaustive. Conducting field inspections Collecting and testing of wastewater samples Performing routine maintenance Conducting routine lab testing Operating heavy equipment Performing minor repairs Completing logs and work orders Reading/recording totalizers Recording data Managing biosolids Reclaim water systems Gas chlorination equipment Auto sampler operation Ensuring all equipment operates within specified parameters #J-18808-Ljbffr CITY OF TOLLESON
