Financial Additions is recruiting for Treasury/Banking Customer Support Representatives for a 5+month REMOTE project based in Dallas. Must have call-center experience in the banking, finance or related industry, and solid customer service skills. Hours are 7:30am-4:30pm or 10:30am-7:30pm central time. Applicants must live in the U.S.A. Responsibilities include: Answer account inquiries, assist with ACH/wires, research discrepancies, fulfill service requests, escalate issues and follow-up as #J-18808-Ljbffr Financial Additions, Inc.
