FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR

Culinary Services Group is hiring immediately for a FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR position. Location: TIOGA, TX Schedule: M-F, ALT Weekends / Holidays Requirement: Culinary Managment Pay Range: $65,000-$70,000 Culinary Services Group (CSG) is a top 50, fast-growing food service management company serving senior care, hospital, and behavioral health communities. You’ll play a vital part in developing and implementing food and nutrition programs that exceed expectations, fostering team growth, and continuously enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. Your expertise in food service operations, quality assurance, team development, and financial performance will be essential to driving success.Job Summary Job Summary: Working as the Director of Dining Services you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development. Key Responsibilities: Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account Maintains excellent relationships with the client Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community Preferred Qualifications: BS Hospitality degree preferred Three to five years of foodservice management experience required Dining experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Financial and business acumen Excellent communication skills We are looking for someone with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service.
