Bridgeways is seeking a Jail Transition Case Manager in Everett, WA, to assist individuals exiting jail to reintegrate into the community. You will assess needs, connect clients with housing, employment, and health services, and coordinate with law enforcement and social services to reduce recidivism. The role requires a relevant Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least two years in case management or related fields.
