Overview

The IT Support Technician provides both onsite and remote technical support to users across a designated regional area. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and customer service, as technicians regularly interact directly with users in a variety of environments.

• Provide onsite and remote desktop support for end users across multiple locations
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues
• Support user accounts, email, and enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues
• Support printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Track and manage service requests using a ticketing system
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and inventory
• Deliver high-quality customer service through in-person and remote interactions

• Collaborative team environment with opportunities for advancement

• Experience in service desk, desktop or field support role
• Strong understanding of operating systems and general IT support practices
• Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships with end users
• Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable in dynamic environments
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Motivated to grow and develop within IT support

Intermediate

This is a Contract position based out of Frankfort, KY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Frankfort,KY.
