Accounting/Finance Intern at Professional Diversity Network Buffalo, NY

Purpose Statement Rich Products is seeking an Accounting/Finance Intern who is highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our team. This internship will be in-person at our World Headquarters office in Buffalo, NY from June to August, working approximately 25 hours per week. Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Assist with various financial reporting & analysis to support sales and marketing efforts for US/Canada divisions. Weekly sales/volume reporting. Monthly reporting such as for top customers, strategic customer reports, projected volume vs flash, etc. Work with Sales and Marketing on product code reporting and ad-hoc analysis. Assist with pricing models/bid P&L's. Assist with our target setting process i.e. case reporting, P&L reporting, SG&A spending, etc. Communicate with USC Finance and Sales & Marketing Teams to understand requests, prepare & share results. Utilize SAP and Excel to collect data and prepare reports. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, working towards earning a B.S. or MBA degree (concentration in Finance, Accounting or related field). 3.0 GPA or higher. Functional competencies to include strong financial & interpersonal skills. Compensation Annual Range/Hourly Rate: $18.00–$32.00 per hour. Compensation is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role and may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
