Continental Properties is looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee our beautiful Authentix Lakeville residential apartment community in Lakeville, MN. The position offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to receive additional earnings through leasing and resident renewal incentive programs, as well as a lucrative quarterly CNOI bonus. Our Community Managers are a key business leader responsible for the successful operations of their community. This position will deliver an exceptional living experience for all residents while creating a positive and productive work environment for the team. You will report to the Regional Director/Vice President. Day-to-Day Office & Community Operations Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring residents feel valued, heard, and proud to call your property home.
