Sales Executive

Sales ExecutiveThe Sales Executive will lead a high-performing team of six field-based Account Executives selling ADP's Comprehensive Services solution to small business owners throughout the San Diego market. This is a leadership-focused role with no individual sales responsibility, where success is measured by driving team performance, coaching reps, and achieving overall team quota attainment. The team is established and performing well, having exceeded plan last year at approximately 105% attainment, making this an excellent opportunity for a proven sales leader to step into a successful organization. The position is based out of ADP's Mission Valley office and requires regular time in the field with sales representatives, along with in-office collaboration. Reporting to the VP, this leader will be responsible for recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining top sales talent while ensuring execution of sales strategy and growth initiatives.
