Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting customers by processing orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of textile and wiper-rag products. This role works closely with sales, production, and warehouse teams to meet customer needs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process and track orders for wiper rags and textile products
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment
• Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies and delivery concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders in company systems
• Follow up with customers regarding order status and satisfaction
• Assist with inventory checks and communicate stock levels as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards
• Use and maintain SPS/EDI systems
• Schedule pickups with customers and coordinate freight vendors
• Review and correct issues on error logs
• Create assemblies in Cin7 Core
• Perform pick, pack, ship, and invoicing functions
• Upload Bills of Lading (BOL) and packing lists into Cin7 Core
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of customer service experience (textile or manufacturing preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, order entry systems)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
