Customer Service Representative
Now hiring for a Customer Service Representative Location: Irving, TX Pay Rate: $18.50 – $19.50 per hour Schedule: Flexible between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET, plus occasional Saturdays

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of tenure in each of your last three positions
- Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, or similar environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a structured, metric-driven environment
- Hardwired internet connection required (Wi-Fi not permitted)
- Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- No time off permitted during the first 90 days
Job Duties
- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls
- Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information regarding mortgages, housing, permits, and related services
- Document customer interactions and complete post-call tasks accurately
- Meet quality, productivity, and schedule adherence metrics
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service on every call
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
