Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls & emails
• Handling billing and scheduling requests, program questions, payment processing, sales calls, and other various customer requests
• Following up with customers regarding pending payments
• Following up with customers regarding services performed
• Maintaining an organized record of various call resolutions
• Additional duties as instructed by management

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule :

• Monday - Friday
• Morning shifts, day shifts, and evening shifts available
• Weekend availability as needed
