Customer Service / Sales Representative - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Tempe, AZ or Irving, TX. This is a 3+ month contract opportunity.

This role focuses on supporting customer service initiatives with an emphasis on sales experience. The ideal candidate will be a polished, professional individual responsible for managing a customer pipeline, performing outbound calls to confirm business needs, routing leads to sales consultants, and maintaining detailed documentation. This position requires working onsite three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday), with the first month requiring full-time onsite presence for training.

Responsibilities:

• Attempt to contact customers to confirm business needs and route confirmed leads to dedicated sales consultants
• Maintain impeccable pipeline management including tracking contact attempts and scheduling calls
• Provide succinct and detailed notetaking in referrals
• Manage callbacks after speaking with clients and follow up on documentation/signings
• Work with contract validation and underwriting teams
• Examine the number of referrals that can be successfully worked to gauge workload balance
• Gather and record feedback from pilot agents and clients to determine process effectiveness

Requirements:

• 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience
• Background in sales and customer service with strong communication skills
• Proven job history with a track record of stability
• Experience managing a customer pipeline, including high-volume follow-up calls
• Ability to perform detailed documentation and CRM updates
• Strong organization and multitasking skills

Desired skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish

Pay range: $13.75 - $21.75 per hour
