Customer Service Representative, Irving, TX Location: Irving, Texas Position Type: Full Time Work Arrangement: On Site Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience Education: High School Diploma or equivalent About the Company Sun West Mortgage Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support homeowners and customers throughout their mortgage experience. About the Role We are looking for a customer-focused individual who learns quickly, can manage multiple priorities, and can explain information clearly and accurately to homeowners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer questions and concerns professionally. Responsibilities Identify and understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely information. Communicate clearly with homeowners and customers regarding their questions and requests. Explain mortgage-related information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and work toward appropriate resolutions. Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on the customer’s needs. Follow up on customer inquiries to help ensure issues are resolved. Manage multiple customer requests while prioritizing time-sensitive matters. Maintain a high standard of internal and external customer service. Follow established procedures and directions. Maintain strong attention to detail when handling customer information and requests. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams through verbal and written communication. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1 to 4 years of customer service or related experience preferred. Bilingual or fluent English required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service focused with a professional and helpful approach. Strong listening skills and the ability to obtain and understand relevant information. Ability to explain information clearly to customers. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail. Ability to comprehend and follow directions. Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to troubleshoot common computer-related issues. Pay range and compensation package $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on prior work history and experience.
