Exciting Opportunity: Vice President of Operations Location Preference: Remote with Travel (Ideal locations: TX, FL, TN, GA, SC, MS, LA) About our Client: A national third-party multifamily manager seeking a VP of Operations, Affordable, to lead their fee-management company and drive high-level service delivery and measurable results across diverse asset types. Your Responsibilities as a Leader: Manage portfolio performance (12k units), including budgets, staffing, operations, and asset performance Develop scalable SOPs and KPIs to maintain asset consistency. Lead and mentor a team of 4 RVPs to instill a culture of service and accountability. Oversee systems and operations to ensure uptime and satisfaction. Partner with executives on capital planning and performance reporting. Lead transition planning and operational ramp-up for new acquisitions. Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks. The Skills and Experience you Possess: 10+ years of leadership in affordable multifamily operations. 3rd-party management experience; working with various clients. Ability to scale operational systems within growth-oriented environments. Execution-first leader comfortable on-site and in the boardroom. Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L accountability for high-value assets. Perks and Benefits You'll Receive: Base salary up to $220,000+ plus 25% annual performance bonus.
